Linda Smith and Shared Hope Project Director Melissa Snow are currently in Saipan for the release of the assessment on domestic trafficking in the area. The prior visit to the Village of Hope in Fiji made a stop in the island a valuable addition to the journey- providing a unique opportunity to raise awareness of a critical problem and save more children from sexual slavery. The island – a US territory – has experienced trafficking of local children and Shared Hope is working with the local anti-trafficking task force to eradicate the sexual exploitation of children.
